We believe everyone has an athlete inside of them and we treat athletes at all levels and ages...beginners, elite top level athletes, weekend warriors, high school athletes, veterans, etc. Whether you haven't exercised in 2 years, 20 years, or ever!, we will address your specific needs and develop an individualized program to help you achieve your goals.  No one is too much of a beginner to benefit from our service!


Although we have specialized sports programs for runners and golfers, we also cater to and specialize in sports performance for all sports.  So whether you are a high school basketball player, a collegiate swimmer, a grade school soccer player, or a weekend flag football quarterback, we can provide you with an individualized program to meet you sports performance goals and/or injury needs.  And as always, all sessions will be one-on-one session with a Physical Therapist. 

Our Sports Performance and Fitness for Everyone Programs provide the same comprehensive evaluation as offered in our other programs including:

  • History and goal assessment
  • Fitness assessment
  • Musculoskeletal assessment
  • Biomechanical assessment
  • Rehabilitation and Injury assessment (if necessary)

After this information is obtained, we apply it to develop an individualized program specific to your needs, fitness level and goals.  At the conclusion of the session you will receive:

1.  A breakdown of your current sports and exercise history, fitness level, biomechanics, and musculoskeletal assessment and how it relates to your specific goals.

2.  A Physical Therapy diagnosis of any current injury and initial treatment of the injury with recommendations for necessary follow up and/or treatment at home.

3.  A home exercise program tailored to your unique muscle strength and flexibility. It is designed to improve your areas of weakness or muscle tightness to improve sports performance and fitness levels, decrease pain, and prevent injury.

4.  An individualized training program tailored to your specific goals, including:

  • sports specific training for agility and strength
  • fitness for beginners
  • exercise for weight loss
  • fitness for individuals with diabetes, high blood pressure or who are overweight


Although our Complete Evaluation is a comprehensive session designed to provide you with the information and the tools to persue your sport and fitness goals, we also offer follow up sessions for those people who want continued assistance, and guidance towards their goals.  Follow up sessions will vary greatly depending on each individuals needs, however typical sessions will include:

***rehabilitation and treatment for injuries to assist in a fast recovery and return to sports and exercise

***improving sports performance, endurance and fitness through individualized progression of program

***Hands on guidance and assistance of individualized stretching, strengthening, and exercise program to ensure proper technique and exercise level

***agility and balance training

***core training

***address any new injuries, questions, or concerns

***further progress individualized program and provide continued on-on-one training

***reassessment of fitness levels and how they apply to your goals

***monitoring of exercise for those high risk individuals to ensure that you are exercising at a safe and beneficial level

ALL sessions will provide hour long one-on-one individualized treatment by a Physical Therapist.
