Derek is a licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and California, with a Direct Access Specialization in all three states.  Derek is a 2003 graduate of Thomas Jefferson University with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy.  He received a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from Temple University in 1997.  He has a specialization in golfing biomechanics and in the physical therapy and rehabilitation of golfers.  Derek has worked with athletes and patients of all levels, and in a variety of sports.

Prior to persuing his Physical Therapy degree, Derek worked as the Senior Exercise Specialist for CIGNA's corporate fitness program, and also as the manager and exercise director for The Union League of Philadelphia.

Derek has been active in the sporting community throughout his life.  A graduate of North Catholic High School, he was a member of his high school's wrestling, rowing, and football teams, and continued to persue athletics in college as a collegiate wrestler.  Throughout his high school and college years, Derek was a member of the Wildwood Crest Beach Patrol, and a volunteer wrestling coach.  Today, he still remains athletically active.  He is an avid golf, and an accomplished distance runner.  He has completed 4 marathons, multiple half marathons, and more than 10 Broad Street Runs.



Erin is also a licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and California, with a Direct Access Specialization in all three states, and a 2003 graduate of Thomas Jefferson University with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy.  She attended Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey for her undergraduate studies with a focus in Biology.  At Rutgers, Erin was a member of the Rutgers University Division 1 Lacrosse team which was ranked #9 in the country at that time.

Since graduating, Erin has become an avid and competitive runner, completing 8 marathons, including 3 Boston Marathons.  She has run multiple Boston qualifying marathon times and has a PR of 3:35.  Erin has also competed in multiple other middle distance races and is ranked as a local class runner.

Professionally, Erin has also worked with athletes and patients at all levels and abilities in a variety of sports.  Her passion for running has led her to persue a specialization in running biomechanics, and running injuries and rehabilitation.  She had provided many people with biomechanical analysis and rehabilitation related to running, and has designed and progressed many individualized running programs.

Erin also has specialization in Women's Health Physical Therapy, specifically exercise and physical therapy treatment related to pregnancy.  She completed her graduate research project at Thomas Jefferson University on exercise and rehabilitation related to pregnancy, and has persued further specialization in this area since graduation.  Erin specializes in designing individualized prenatal and postpartum exercise programs, including running programs, using the most up to date research and ACOG (American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists) recommendations and guidelines.  She also specializes in rehabilitation and physical therapy issues specifically related to pregnancy, including low back pain, carpal tunnel, incontinence, sciatica, postural and biomechanical issues..
